MADISON, WIS. – Federal Court Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson has sentenced Bernard Seidling, age 74, of Hayward, WI, on convictions of bankruptcy fraud and criminal contempt of court. A jury convicted Seidling of these crimes after a four-day trial in federal court in Madison, according to a press release from the U.S. DOJ – Western District of Wisconsin. Two felony court cases are still pending in Washburn County Circuit Court against Seidling.
