Tom Jacobson came back to town over the Juneteenth holiday, returning to the place where he began his long and storied career as a civil rights attorney, unyielding consumer advocate and a champion of the underdog.
His career has spanned eight decades in Milwaukee and Madison where he’s been at the center of some of Wisconsin’s most celebrated and consequential cases, ranging from the defense of the legendary Fr. James Groppi to getting justice for the families of the victims of the notorious serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
