The Northside Planning Council will host the fourth annual Northside Festival on Saturday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Warner Park’s Madison Mallards Stadium. The free, family-friendly event celebrates the vibrancy and diversity of Madison’s Northside community with food, music, games, and dozens of local vendors.
“The Northside Festival is a chance for people to come out and showcase what they do,” said Helen Osborn-Senatus, a Northside Planning Council board member and festival organizer. “It’s just a good celebration of the Northside put on by Northsiders.”
Organizers expect to build on last year’s estimated attendance of around 2,000 people, offering a space for residents and visitors to connect, support local businesses, and enjoy activities like bouncy houses, face painting, and potentially a dunk tank featuring local celebrities.
