MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Kids in the Dudgeon-Monroe neighborhood decorated their bikes and rode them in a sidewalk parade to celebrate Independence Day.
“It’s fantastic! My kids did this when they were little, and I’m just so glad to be a part of it. It is just a chance to see your neighbors and have fun together,” said Amy Williamson, a Dudgeon-Monroe Neighborhood Parade organizer.
