MADISON, Wis. — Operation Fresh Start has been awarded a $50,000 grant through Spectrum’s Community Center Assist initiative.
The nonprofit will utilize the funds to upgrade its workforce development training programs, which are designed to help young adults in Dane County achieve self-sufficiency.
