Man charged in poisoning plot bound over for trial in Dane County, arraignment set for next month

MADISON, Wis. — The man accused of poisoning women he previously dated, sending one to the hospital, was bound over for trial in Dane County Monday, online court records show.

Paul Van Duyne, 43, of Madison is charged in Dane County with two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and stalking. He and co-defendant Andrea Whitaker face further charges in Rock County.
