MADISON, Wis. — The flags of the United States and Wisconsin will fly at half-staff statewide Saturday in honor of a State Patrol Bureau Director and his wife who were shot and killed in their Town of Middleton home last week.
David Pabst and his wife, Teresa “Teri” Pabst, were found dead in their home on Stonebrook Circle on July 8. Investigators believe their son, 25-year-old James Pabst, shot and killed them the night before.
