MCFARLAND, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office on Tuesday identified the woman who died on I-39/90 after she had been in the same vehicle as the driver who was reportedly driving the wrong way.
Hallie J. Helgeson, 18, of Montevideo, Minn., was pronounced dead at the scene.
