MADISON, Wis. — A 61-year-old man was arrested for exposing his private body parts and spitting on an officer at a downtown Madison restaurant.
Madison police were dispatched to a restaurant on West Mifflin St. at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday for a report on a man allegedly harassing and exposing himself to customers on the restaurant’s outdoor patio.
