Man accused in alleged poisoning plot pleads not guilty in Rock County

JANESVILLE, Wis. — The man accused of poisoning women he previously dated, pleaded not guilty in Rock County on Tuesday.

Paul Van Duyne, 43, of Madison is charged in Rock County with three counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, aggravated battery, first-degree recklessly endangering safety and stalking.
