MADISON – A new family is making waves in Wisconsin’s capital city, and it’s a pretty unconventional one: Two long-legged sandhill cranes, along with their colt — a baby sandhill — and a tiny yellow Canadian gosling in tow.
The pair of cranes adopted the gosling this spring, and no one is really sure how it happened.
