MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Some residents in Madison’s Triangle neighborhood say they’re feeling uneasy after a homicide arrest in their community, raising long-standing concerns about safety, management response, and neighborhood transparency.
The arrest, which happened in July at Bayview Apartments—located just south of downtown Madison—was linked to a fatal shooting on Schlimgen Avenue on the city’s North Side.
