MADISON, Wis. — A Dane County judge called for a competency hearing Tuesday for a woman who allegedly hallucinated her father as the devil and tried to stab him to death at his Stoughton home last month.
Jamie Anderson, 34, of Madison is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide by use of a dangerous weapon with domestic abuse assessments.
A criminal complaint alleges that, on July 1, Anderson walked from her Madison apartment to her father’s home. When he answered the door, she allegedly went in for a hug, told him she wanted to stop seeing hallucinations then tried to stab him in the head…
