As an adult who loves Halloween, I am qualified to say that most of the events that take place in Illinois during Halloween season are geared to children and family fun. As a parent I love this, but sometimes we need an excuse to have a unique date night, and I just found something perfect!

Eckert’s Country Store & Farmis well known for being the largest family-owned apple orchard in the United States, and they have three Illinois locations (Belleville, Grafton, Millstadt) plus one in Kentucky.
