MADISON, Wis. — A car left unattended and running for about 10 minutes was stolen Saturday night and later found in Rock County, where a suspect was arrested, the Madison Police Department said.
Police said the owner had been unloading items near Second and Winnebago streets about 8:34 p.m. When they returned, the vehicle was gone.
