3 developers vie to overhaul downtown Brayton Lot with mixed-use projects

Madison’s Brink Development and Neutral, and Tareen Development Partners of Roseville, Minnesota, have proposed three different sets of plans that would transform the two-acre Brayton Lot at 1 S. Butler St. downtown, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

Each project includes a residential and nonresidential component and comes with a price tag of roughly $200 million or more. The three diverge, however, when it comes to the number of buildings and the amount and type of housing they would offer.
