Man arrested after breaking emergency brake on Madison Metro bus downtown

MADISON, Wis. — A 31-year-old man was arrested late Thursday after he allegedly broke an emergency-brake box on a Madison Metro bus downtown, triggering the bus’s emergency brake and causing some passengers to fall from their seats, Madison police said.
