MADISON, Wis. — A man was arrested late Wednesday after he rear-ended a woman’s car and shattered the passenger-side window with a hammer following a road-rage incident, Madison police said.
Officers responded at about 10:51 p.m. to the area of Femrite Drive and Dairy Drive and learned the man had followed the woman around the city after an argument over money, police said.
The confrontation started near Brooks Street, and the suspect continued to follow the woman as she drove through the city, police said. He rear-ended her car and used a hammer to break the passenger-side window…
