MADISON, Wis. — Madison Police need help finding a missing teenager. 13-year-old Cherish Golden-Smith was last seen by her mother on August 25 on the city’s west side.
She was supposed to return to her mother on Morraine View Drive near Elver Park on September 2. It’s unclear what she was wearing when she went missing…
