Willy Street pilot lane closure to begin Tuesday

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -Starting Tuesday, the City of Madison will pilot a test to eliminate peak-hour driving lanes on Williamson Street.

Resident driven, the temporary change aims to find out if this lane closure will result in fewer crashes and improve pedestrian safety while being able to handle the high commuter traffic volume.
