STOUGHTON, Wis. — The Stoughton Common Council this week approved Riverhavn, a community housing development that could bring up to 250 apartments to the city.
The project, approved on Tuesday, will rise along the Yahara River across from Mandt Park and will be built in two phases as part of a public-private partnership with the Stoughton Redevelopment Authority. Plans call for 122 apartments in the first phase, with residents expected to begin moving in during the third quarter of 2027. Construction on the second phase is slated to begin in 2029 and add 124 more apartments by 2030.
