Construction has started on a project to replace aging public housing in downtown Madison. Over the next ten years, eight new apartment buildings will be built on what’s known as the Triangle. It’s a neighborhood bordered by Regent Street on the North, South Park Street on the West and West Washington Avenue on the Southeast.
