Route Report: What’s working 1 year after the launch of Bus Rapid Transit?

MADISON, Wis. — Monday is the one-year anniversary of Bus Rapid Transit–Madison’s Metro system defined by the red lanes, quick stops and electric buses. But it’s also been known for its fair share of route issues, driver concerns and logistical errors.

In light of the one-year checkpoint, we set out to ask if the system advertised to efficiently get riders across the city is working.
