MADISON, Wis. — The Madison Police Department was notified of a vehicle striking a light pole and driving away Monday night.
Police received the call at the intersection of Topaz Lane and Onyx Lane at around 8 p.m. when they spoke with a homeowner in the area. The homeowner managed to collect camera footage of the incident. The footage showed two vehicles involved in what could have been a road rage or racing incident.
