MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a teen in connection to a shooting in downtown Madison earlier this month.
Officers served warrants in the 200 block of Bunting Lane, and the 3600 block of Eliot Lane. Officers arrested a 16-year-old and arrested him for 1st degree reckless injury, and armed robbery.
