MADISON, Wis. — An investigator from the Madison Police Department received a prestigious award for his role in an international investigation that led to the conviction of a dangerous online predator.
What seemed like a standard referral that involved a Madison teenager in 2019 shortly became more complex. Detective Sgt. Mark Hull discovered that another suspect was operating overseas. Sgt. Hull then coordinated with federal partners and connected the case with NCA through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
