Man arrested for threatening staff outside downtown tavern

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a man who they said wielded a gun and threatened staff members outside a tavern downtown on Friday night.

Officers responded to the 400 block of N. Frances Street just after 10 p.m. for a report of a man who reportedly had a gun and was threatening to fight people.
