MADISON, Wis. — A longer shutdown of the federal government could leave you waiting in line for longer at the airport, the Transportation Security Administration warned Thursday.
TSA employees are largely exempt from the shutdown, but will have to work without pay. The agency will continue operating at airport security checkpoints throughout the country, however that doesn’t mean things will be business as usual.
