Woman arrested by ICE after deadly wrong-way crash pleads not guilty

MADISON, Wis. — A woman charged in a deadly crash who was later arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement pleaded not guilty Tuesday.

Noelia Martinez-Avila, 30, is charged with multiple felony crimes including two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and two counts of homicide by use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content.
