MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison Police arrested a 17-year-old suspect on State Street early Sunday morning, MPD confirmed Monday.
The Madison Police Department says officers were patrolling State Street around 12:30 a.m. Sunday when they saw a person who “they knew had probable cause for their arrest”.
