MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison Police Department is searching for one of two suspects accused of running through people’s yards, checking out vehicle and house doors.
Officers arrived around 1:45 a.m. Thursday to Lewon Drive and Black Oak Drive, on Madison’s southwest side, and saw two people wearing face masks and gloves.
