MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – A Wisconsin man who is the head of a security guard service was arrested after officials became aware of a June incident where he reportedly drew his gun at a citizen.

According to the Madison Police Department, officials became aware of the incident in September, obtaining a video of the reported incident, prompting an investigation.
Officials reviewed the video and spoke to people reportedly involved, leading them to arrest 21-year-old Jacob Knowlton on several charges:
- 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety
- False imprisonment
- Intentionally pointing a firearm at a person
- Disorderly conduct
