MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the Madison man who was killed in a crash early Sunday morning.
The agency stated Balford Reid, 46, died in the crash, which was reported just before 4:45 a.m. on Highway 12.
