MADISON, Wis. — Thousands of local families will get a helping hand this winter through the annual Koats for Kids campaign.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County will distribute close to 5,000 winter coats on Friday, Oct. 24, as part of the 40th year of the program. Distribution will run from 4 to 6 p.m. at three club locations: the McKenzie Family Club in Sun Prairie, the Erica and Anthony Fleming Club in Madison, and the Allied Family Center in Fitchburg.
