MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -An overloaded crane caused a building to partially collapse, sending one person to the hospital Friday morning, the Madison Fire Department reported.
A call came in just before 11:45 a.m. for a report of a building collapse in the 5000 block of Tradewinds Parkway. Officials noted the site of the building is currently under construction.
