Sun Prairie man arrested after high-speed chase on I-94 near Tomah

TOMAH, Wis. (WKBT) — A Sun Prairie man was arrested Thursday after leading Monroe County deputies on a high-speed chase that reached speeds over 100 mph along I-94.

Nicholas House, 41, was taken into custody after the chase ended near Tomah around midday Thursday. He faces charges including driving a stolen vehicle, marijuana possession and multiple traffic violations.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the chase began at 11:40 a.m. when deputies received a report of a stolen vehicle traveling west on I-94. A sheriff’s sergeant spotted the vehicle and tried to pull it over, but House refused to stop…
