MADISON, Wis. — A person was arrested for their first offense of operating a motor vehicle while impaired on Madison’s far east side Wednesday, police said.
The Madison Police Department was called to the area right before 5 p.m. near Burke Road and City View Drive for a report of a vehicle driving erratically and missing a front bumper.
