MADISON, Wis. — A 45-year-old Fitchburg woman was arrested on Madison’s southwest side after police said she displayed signs of impairment while in a rolled-over vehicle Thursday night.
Madison police officers were called to the intersection of Allied Drive and Thurston Lane for a vehicle that had rolled over onto its side shortly after 7 p.m.
