Wisconsin leads nation in prescription drugs collected during fall Drug Take Back

MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin collected more unwanted medications during fall Drug Take Back this year than any other state, the state Department of Justice said Tuesday.

A total 53,498 lbs. of unwanted medications were collected in Wisconsin on Oct. 25. The next-largest total came from Texas where 42,271 lbs. were collected.
