MADISON, Wis. — A 27-year-old woman was arrested early Wednesday after police said she drove the wrong way and nearly hit an officer’s squad car.
Police said the woman was driving the wrong way along East Washington Ave. near North Paterson St. at around 1:17 a.m. The officer was in the squad car when it was almost hit.
