MADISON, Wis. — A woman was arrested for obstructing a police officer and allegedly possessing a small amount of heroin on Madison’s east side.
A Madison Police Department officer was monitoring an occupied vehicle in a motel parking lot shortly after 11 p.m. Thursday near Hayes Road and Forest Run Road.
The officer approached the vehicle and made contact with the driver, who allegedly provided a false name. A search revealed heroin in her possession. She was arrested for obstruction, possession of heroin, and a parole violation…
