An apartment community with more than 300 units has broken ground in Stoughton.
Continental Properties announced work has started on Authentix Stoughton, a 312-unit, garden-style apartment community in Stoughton, a city of 13,000 southeast of Madison. The complex will be built in a 160-acre, master-planned development led by Stoughton Trailers and will be located near the company’s 53,000-square-foot corporate headquarters.
