During this 72-hour period, officers handled various incidents. Many cases are still under investigation and details may change. Calls included welfare checks, traffic incidents, and criminal investigations. On November 14 at 8:37 a.m. in the East district, officers checked on a 39-year-old male. His behavior escalated to disorderly conduct, and he was arrested after interfering with CARES staff.
At 10:43 a.m. in the West district, officers responded to a report of a person screaming in the roadway. The individual, who was associated with a nearby group home, was taken to a local hospital for care.
