MADISON, Wis. — Two women, one of whom allegedly struck another while getting into a parked vehicle, were hospitalized Thursday night, the Madison Police Department said.
Officers responded to the scene near Knutson Drive and Westport Road on the city’s north side at around 10:30 p.m. regarding a crash.
