Osteria Novella — a new restaurant that draws inspiration from the Amalfi Coast — held a soft opening ahead of its first day of business on Nov. 22.
Giovanni Novella is former executive chef and owner of Bar Corallini — which is one of 16 restaurants within the Food Fight Restaurant Group. He opened Osteria Novella, an independent venture, along with business partner Evan Ackers, the former general manager at Bar Corallini.
“Madison has embraced my food and heritage in ways I could have never imagined,” says Novella, whose hometown is Terre del Greco in Naples, Italy. “With Osteria Novella, I want to bring people even closer to the flavors, stories and atmosphere of the Amalfi Coast.”…
