Local Police Respond to 397 Calls, Including Arrests and Death Investigations, Between November 24-25

Between 6:00 a.m. on November 24 and 6:00 a.m. on November 25, 2025, local law enforcement responded to 397 calls for service. This number does not include parking complaints or accidental 911 calls. The East district had the most calls at 93, followed by Central with 68, West with 65, North with 63, Midtown with 59, South with 37, and 12 calls listed as ‘Other,’ which involved assistance to agencies outside the city.

In the South district, officers arrested a 34-year-old man at a convenience store after locating a stolen vehicle. The suspect was found vacuuming the car and had a meth pipe and several stolen items. One of the items was a ring that was returned to its owner. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without consent and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.

Two death investigations took place during this period. In the North district, a 60-year-old man was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead despite lifesaving efforts. The Medical Examiner found no suspicious circumstances and noted the man’s medical history. In the Central district, an 84-year-old woman was found deceased. There were no signs of foul play, and she had a history of health issues…
