Early Wednesday morning, an apartment building in the 4500 block of Cottage Grove Rd. in Madison was shot at. Police responded to the scene around 4:50 a.m. after gunshots were fired from outside toward a unit.
No injuries were reported. A woman was arrested at the scene for assaulting another person in front of officers. Police are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact Madison Area Crime Stoppers…
