BELOIT, Wis. — An arrest warrant was issued for a Madison man accused of killing one man and injuring another in a shooting in Beloit.
Clifton Jones, 42, is charged with second-degree reckless injury by use of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Nov. 25.
According to a criminal complaint, witnesses identified Jones as the person who shot two people at a Beloit home early on the morning of Oct. 2.
