Plans for connecting two of Madison’s major bike routes appear back on track after a setback.
City planners are proposing a new way of linking the Cannonball and Wingra Creek Paths on Madison’s south side, which would fill a gap in the city’s bike path network and improve cyclist safety along Fish Hatchery Road.
