Between 6:00 a.m. on December 4 and 6:00 a.m. on December 5, 2025, local law enforcement responded to 412 calls for service. This number does not include parking complaints or accidental 911 calls. The East district had the most calls at 87. Central had 69, Midtown 61, North and West each had 66, South had 51, and 12 calls were listed as ‘Other.’ These ‘Other’ calls usually involve help to agencies outside the city or unassigned areas.
During this period, officers responded to a range of incidents. On the morning of December 4, Central district officers took a report of sexual assault from a hospital patient. East district officers arrested a 24-year-old male at a residence on outstanding warrants. North district officers arrested a 38-year-old male for possession of a controlled substance after a request from the Department of Corrections.
In the South district, officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A 22-year-old male was accused of attempting self-harm and assaulting a family member. He was charged with domestic battery and disorderly conduct and placed in protective custody with support from mental health professionals…
